How do I find real people for an advert or TV show?

Submit a brief telling us who you need, the usage and the dates. We choose people by hand for your brief and send a shortlist, typically within five working days. Availability, holds and bookings all run through cast.me.

What is real-people casting?

Casting everyday members of the public, rather than professional actors or models, for work that needs to feel genuine.

How much does it cost?

Every shortlist is quoted on usage and scope. Send a brief and we will come back with a price.

Is the talent verified?

Everyone we put forward is 18 or over and identity-verified, and every profile is reviewed by our team before it reaches a shortlist. Releases and usage terms are handled for you.

How can I get cast in an advert with no experience?

Create a free profile on cast.me with recent photos and a few details about yourself. When a brief fits you, our team can put you forward. You don't need acting experience, an agent or a social media following.

Is it free to join?

Yes. Creating a talent profile is free.

Do I need an agent or followers?

No. cast.me is built for everyday people, with no agency and no follower minimums.

Should I use professional, edited or AI-generated headshots?

No. Upload recent, natural photos that look like you do today: good light, no filters, no retouching and no AI enhancement. Brands book you from your photos, so they need to match the person who turns up.

How will brands contact me?

All contact and bookings go through cast.me. Your personal contact details are never shared with brands.

How old do I need to be?

You must be 18 or over to join.
